Dispensary personnel can only provide video consultations for those registered patients or designated caregivers whose certification expiration date and dosing expiration expiration date has not yet passed. We cannot provide video consultations for individuals who are not currently enrolled in the New York Medical Marijuana Program.
Our pharmacy staff will take registered patients and designated caregivers for video consultations in the event that a Patient Certification has expired as long as the relevant registered patient or designated caregiver is an active patient or caregiver of Columbia Care with questions on current Columbia Care medical marijuana product use.
