In the unlikely event the state’s Medical Marijuana Data Management System (MMDMS) is down, or if you need to register by paper, New York State has initiated an alternative paper process. This document is printed with the patient certification form and contains instructions for patients on how to register. The Department processes the paper patient registrations as quickly as possible.
